Heatsetting

Ultimate fixation, known as heat setting, is the process, which can be applied after twisting. This process leads to a permanent twist characteristic (property) of the carpet yarn. Humidity, temperature, pressure and time are components, which are very important for the quality of the yarn and so also for the carpets as finished product.
